ECHO VALLEY GOLF CLUB LOCAL RULES

All play governed by R.C.G.A. rules of golf and the following local rules:

1. Out of bounds - defined by:
   · White Stakes
   · Boundary Fences
   
   
2. Water hazards - defined by:
   · Regular - Yellow Stakes
   · Lateral - Red Stakes

ETIQUETTE AND GOLF COURSE REGULATIONS

1. All players must register in the pro shop before playing.
2. Allow faster players to play through if the hole ahead is clear any time. Avoid slow play.
3. Please replace divots, rake sand traps, fix ball marks and use litter containers.
4. Pro shop reserves the right to create foursomes.
5. Proper attire required and shirt must be worn at all times.
6. Four players maximum per group. No practicing on regular course or greens.
7. If lightning is present, vacate golf course immediately.
8. Pursuant to L.L.B.O. regulations, only alcoholic beverages purchased on the golf course may be consumed on the golf course. Any other alcoholic beverages are subject to confiscation. Echo Valley reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any individual for any reason.
9. Power carts are considered "motor vehicles" for the purpose of impaired driving offenses - please don't Drink and Drive.
10. Failure to observe these and other posted rules, the regulations of the L.L.B.O. or any directive of Echo Valley personnel, may result in your removal from the golf course and/or you could be charged with an offense.
11. We reserve the right to refuse play privileges to anyone violating the above regulations.
12. All players are responsible for their own safety.
13. Soft spikes only to be worn.
